PRVG-2048: no response for name "string" from the DNS server

Quick fix

Cause
The resolv.conf check asked the configured DNS servers for the node names and got no answer — common in labs where names are only in /etc/hosts.
Fix
Add the node names to DNS, or, in a lab that uses /etc/hosts and has no DNS, ignore the check.
